one of those crossroads, in which sooner or later I would have to decide...
am I ready to make that call? why don't they thought us these things in school?

Sure, it is comfortable to meet you. to chat with you. to work with you.
But am I ready to make the next step?? What if things turned out NOT ok? What if we failed? What if we ended up ruining what we had? Am I ready to let go of my dreams? And live with it?
